Obviously I didn't come up with this image on my own - it's probably the one most famous pose of Samus Aran from the GBA game Metroid Fusion.

I drew this based on a magazine ad right around the time that the game came out...
This was one of my first ventures into colored pencil drawings. Up until this point, I was focusing mainly on pencil work, since I had never really appreciated the texture and consistency of colored pencils. But I decided to experiment a little and see if I could produce something that I wasnt too displeased with. I would say this turned out fairly well, all things considered.

You know, I favored this a while back but I just keep coming back to it. I love this pose and design not only in the original but here especially, It's just so epic!

By far, my favorite of the suits with the Varia suit right behind it. she looks like the battle-hardened bounty hunter I've always imagined her to be.

Great job in capturing that!

I do not like the fusion suit very much as I prefer her traditional power suit.

But this is one exceptional picture that I have to fav.

No and to each their own. I'm a traditionalist.

I will admit her Light Suit from Echoes is definitely one of her best suits.
